Please take note that even though 2 persons are assigned for morning each day, both of you are to ensure that the system is set up and ready to use by LATEST 0720.
Please sort out among yourselves if one of you cannot come.
If both of you are unable to come for any VALID reason, please inform either me(Xing Hao)/Han Wei/Mr Haw at least 2 days in advance so that we can find people to replace your duty for THAT day ONLY.
