Dear All

Please take note of the following :

01. The 6 of you who are doing the Concert Video production is to report at 1415hr sharp at Room 212.

02. The rest of the J1s not doing Video production is to report at 1430hr sharp at Room 121 to
take attendance and proceed to Room 124 afterwhich.

03. Zhou Cong, Ding Bin and You Wei who are doing the Exchange Prog duty, pls report at Reading Room by 1320hr.

04. All J2s who are not doing any duty, are to report at 1430hr sharp at Room 121. You will proceed to do the Noticeboard as well as clear up Auditorium Control Room afterwhich.
