Please take note that reporting time for Thursday, 19 March 2009 is 8am at the Dance Studio.
Reporting attire is half u with Orientation-T for JC1s and half u with House-T for JC2s.

Orientation Camp

Please be reminded that there will be AVA Orientation Camp on 17th and 19th March 2009. All JC1s are to report to the Dance Studio at 8am sharp.
JC2s are to report at 7.45am.

Reporting attire for 17th March 2009 will be PE shirt with half u for both JC1s and JC2s.
Reporting attire for 19th March 2009 will be white orientation shirt for JC1s and House tee for JC2s.

Those who are unable to atttend either day are to provide a valid reason and inform either Xing Hao or Han Wei.

Hwa Chong Talentime

Dear All

Hwa Chong PA/AVA Club will be having their bi-annual Talentime this year on 14 March 2009, 7.30pm at Hwa Chong, College Auditorium.

I thought this will be a good chance for you who are unfamiliar with how the stage works, to be there to see how are things done on the stage, and at the same time, look and study on the mistakes made by them so that you will be able to learn.

The price of the ticket is $6.00. If you are interested to go, do drop me an email so that I can help you with the ordering of tickets. I just heard that they sold about 200 tickets on the very 1st day where their tickets started to sell. I'll be there as well, if you are not sure how to go, I can always show you the way.

Do let me know if you are interested by 09 March 2008.

CCA meetings

Please note that there will be CCA on every Wednesday at 2.30pm in Room 121, except for public holidays and school holidays unless you are informed otherwise by either me(Xing Hao) or Han Wei.

Attendance for ALL CCA meetings are compulsory. Absence from CCA meeting(s) must be supported by a valid reason and photocopy of MC(if required).

Please note that absence from CCA meeting(s) without a valid reason would be considered as absent. If you do not fulfill the minimum 80% attendance rate for CCA meetings, there will be no CCA records in your SGC.

Also, please take note that AVA Orientation Camp 2009 will be on Tuesday, 17 March 2009 and Thursday, 19 March 2009. Please keep these two days free...
