Meeting on 27 May 2009

Dear All

Please note that there will NOT be any meeting this Week. However, please take of the following :

1. Those who are doing duty for College Day, please take note :

27 May 2009 : Report at 1345hr SHARP. Rehearsal starts at 1415hr.
: Attire - Full Black

Please have heavy meal during your breaks. If you don't have any break/s
tomorrow, before you come for your duty, grab a bread or something from the
canteen and process to the Audi immediately.

2. Those who are doing the Cyberwellness Video, pls be reminded to meet me on 28 May 2009, Thursday at 1630hr.

3. Those who are doing the Dinner Video, pls be reminded to meet me on 29 May 2009, Friday at 1530hr.

4. EXCO Meeting to be held on 10 June 2009 at 1000hr. EXCO members who are unable to attend is to let me know by 28 May 2009. Venue, Dance Studio. Attire : House T-shirt with Shorts.

5. There'll be Remedial training for everybody on 11 June 2009 at 0930hr. If you are unable to attend due to lessons, pls inform me by 28 May 2009. Venue, Dance Studio.

6. DO NOT be late for any duty/meeting.

Learning Journey to Esplanade

Dear All

Please note that we'll be going to The Esplanade for our Learning Journey on 17 July 2009. As the venue is very difficult to book for the purpose, we don't want anybody be excused from this LJ.

You all have to be at The Esplanade by 1615hr. Late comers will not be allowed to join in.

If you have lessons ending beyond 1500hr, please let me know so that we can try to excuse you all from lessons or other commitments.

* We are informing you now is for you to put the date down on your organizer so that you'll not arrange for other things on that day.

Lessons during June Vocation

Dear All

Please note the retest which you all took yesterday, none of you all pass the test.

There'll be a lesson for everybody on 11 June, 0930 hr at Dance Studio. If you are unable to attend due to other lessons, you have to inform me personally.

The lesson will be in the morning, after lunch you will sit for the re-test again. Please mug for it and be well prepared for it.

Test on Wednesday 20/5/09

Dear All

As all of you did not pass the test, there will be a retest on 20 May 2009, 1430hr. It'll be the SAME paper.

Please study for it. Do note that if you failed the test again, you will be required to come back for extra lessons during the school holiday.

College Day Rehearsal Duty on 13 May 2009

Dear All

For those who are on College Day Duty, please report IMMEDIATELY after your lessons at 1345hr. You are NOT allowed to go for lunch. The rehearsal will start at 1420hr SHARP and if nothing goes wrong, it should end at 1830hr.

For those who are not having college day duty, there will NOT be any meeting this week. Please have a good rest and STUDY FOR YOU TEST. None of you passed the test. You will be having a retest on 20 May 2009, please be prepared for it. The questions for the next test ARE VERY SIMILAR.

AV Club Outing

Dear All
Please note that there will be an AVA outing on Saturday, 9th May 2009.

Please gather at Pasir Ris Interchange at 12.30pm SHARP. No specific attire is required, however, no school attire is allowed!

Please bring with yourself an umbrella, a change of clothes, required medication, a wallet with not too much money, handphone, water bottle, sunblock if necessary and 2 packets of tissue (optional).

Updates on Proficiency Test

Dear All

Please note that if you fail the proficiency test on this coming Wednesday, you are required to come back during the June holiday for extra lessons.

If you fail the test on this coming Wed (06 May 2009), the next test will be on (20 May 2009). You have to pass test on either days so that you don't have to attend the extra lessons during the June holiday.

Please note that you will be taking the proficiency test on 06 May 2009. The test will last for 1 hr 30 min.

Please do not be late for the test. You are to bring along Foolscap papers for the test.
