Morning Duty

Hi people!

Your should have known by now that morning duty will resume next week on the monday which is 3rd of August. Do take note that these well be the people who will be down for morning duty.

Monday - Lina and Grace
Tuesday - Jing Yu and Ann
Wednesday - Terence and Jin Hui
Thursday - Gordon and Kenneth
Friday - Nicholas and Yong

Nicholas and Yong, i know your had did morning duties for term 2 but due to shortage of manpower, you'll have to do again this term. However, you two will definitely not be down for term 4.

Also, Kenneth and Jing Yu you two have not scanned your fingers if im not wrong. Please tell me all the times you'll be free for this week and next week so that i can arrange for the two of you to scan your fingers. For the moment, the partner please do not be late or absent. If you're going to be absent or late. Inform me or gabriel immediately in the morning. Do take note you'll have to be there to set up the mic and check the audi system. All these have to be done by 7.25am.

Learning Journey to Esplanade

Dear All

Pls be reminded to be at Esplande (Meet outside Concert Hall) by 1615hr for attendance taking. Do note that the LJ will end latest by 1800hr.

How to go?

~ From school, take the MRT to CITY HALL MRT Station.
~ Walk towards City Link
~ There's an exit at City Link which leads you to Esplanade

FYI, Esplanade is just directly opposite Marina Square Shopping Centre, beside the entrance of the Floating Platform which NDP is held.

If you are not sure how to go, leave school early. DO NOT be late.

Updates

Dear All

I hope that all of you had a 'great' time mugging and taking your tests for the past 1 week :)

There are somethings which we need to update you.


1. All CCAs will be suspended this week. CCAs will resume on the week 03.

2. AV Investiture this Wed, 08 July will be postponed. We'll keep you inform of the details of the investiture next week.

3. We'll be going to Esplanade for our Learning Journey on 17 July 2009. You are to report BY 1615hr at Esplanade, entrance of the Performance Theatre. We'll excuse those of you who ends lessons after 1515hr. Pls come back here for more updates. The JC is expected to end latest by 1800hr.

4. For those who are down for SC Investiture rehearsal, there will be a rehearsal on 11 July. You are to report at 0745hr at the Auditorium.

Meeting on 27 May 2009

Dear All

Please note that there will NOT be any meeting this Week. However, please take of the following :

1. Those who are doing duty for College Day, please take note :

27 May 2009 : Report at 1345hr SHARP. Rehearsal starts at 1415hr.
: Attire - Full Black

Please have heavy meal during your breaks. If you don't have any break/s
tomorrow, before you come for your duty, grab a bread or something from the
canteen and process to the Audi immediately.

2. Those who are doing the Cyberwellness Video, pls be reminded to meet me on 28 May 2009, Thursday at 1630hr.

3. Those who are doing the Dinner Video, pls be reminded to meet me on 29 May 2009, Friday at 1530hr.

4. EXCO Meeting to be held on 10 June 2009 at 1000hr. EXCO members who are unable to attend is to let me know by 28 May 2009. Venue, Dance Studio. Attire : House T-shirt with Shorts.

5. There'll be Remedial training for everybody on 11 June 2009 at 0930hr. If you are unable to attend due to lessons, pls inform me by 28 May 2009. Venue, Dance Studio.

6. DO NOT be late for any duty/meeting.

Learning Journey to Esplanade

Dear All

Please note that we'll be going to The Esplanade for our Learning Journey on 17 July 2009. As the venue is very difficult to book for the purpose, we don't want anybody be excused from this LJ.

You all have to be at The Esplanade by 1615hr. Late comers will not be allowed to join in.

If you have lessons ending beyond 1500hr, please let me know so that we can try to excuse you all from lessons or other commitments.

* We are informing you now is for you to put the date down on your organizer so that you'll not arrange for other things on that day.
